Recap - Eagles Defeat UCONN 21-14

Kye Robichaux scampered through the UCONN defense for 112 yards as Boston College handed the Huskies a 21-14 defeat on Saturday at Alumni Stadium.

Boston College won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the -14.5-point spread. The game went UNDER the consensus closing total of 49.0.

Kye Robichaux rushed for 112 yards, while Alex Broome added 80 yards in the win. Jaedn Skeete and Joseph Griffin Jr. added 61 and 45 receiving yards respectively.

Cam Edwards rushed for 89 yards for UCONN, while Jalen Mitchell added 4 yards. Ta'Quan Roberson threw for 130 yards for the Huskies, while receivers Geordon Porter and Cam Edwards had 47 and 35 yards respectively.

UCONN was outgained by Boston College 433-222 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 30-10 by the Eagles.

The time of possession battle favored Boston College as their offense was on the field for 40:44, longer than the 19:16 of their opponents.

Boston College looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Syracuse. UCONN will aim to get back on the winning track at Tennessee.
