Roadrunners Fall 23-0 Against Marshall - Game Recap

Isaiah Green sliced and diced the Roadrunners defense for 387 yards as Marshall handed UTSA a 23-0 defeat on Saturday at Joan C. Edwards Stadium.

The Thundering Herd won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -27.5-point spread. UNDER bettors were rewarded when the final score pointed to an UNDER play.

Isaiah Green completed 19 of 36 pass attempts for 387 yards for the Thundering Herd in the win.

B.J. Daniels rushed for 10 yards for UTSA, while Brenden Brady added 4 yards. Jordan Weeks threw for 5 yards for the Roadrunners, while receivers Greg Campbell Jr. and Marquez McNair had 84 and 38 yards respectively.

UTSA lost the offensive yardage battle to Marshall 505-137 yards in Saturday's game. Marshall had more first downs as that total ended up 22-10.

UTSA lost the time of possession battle 34:27-25:33, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Marshall looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against FIU. UTSA will aim to get back on the winning track vs. North Texas.
