Jacksonville Falls 37-21 to Texans - Recap

Jacksonville was unable to slow down Brandin Cooks, who produced 132 receiving yards as the Texans defeated the Jaguars 37-21 on Sunday.

The Texans were a +3.5-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 45.5.

Mark Ingram II rushed for 85 yards, while Tyrod Taylor added 40 yards in the win. Brandin Cooks and Pharaoh Brown added 132 and 67 receiving yards respectively.

Carlos Hyde rushed for 44 yards for Jacksonville, while James Robinson added 25 yards. Trevor Lawrence threw for 332 yards for the Jaguars, while receivers DJ Chark Jr. and Marvin Jones Jr. had 86 and 77 yards respectively.

Houston outgained Jacksonville 449-395 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 22-20 by the Texans.

Houston led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 35:04-24:56 split in that important category.

Next game, Houston takes its act on the road to face Cleveland looking for another win. For Jacksonville, they head home to face Denver.
