Giants Fall 29-3 Against Chicago - Game Recap

The battle between the Bears and Giants didn't turn out to be much of a battle at all as New York was handed a 29-3 defeat on Sunday at Soldier Field.

The Bears were a -6.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 36.5.

David Montgomery rushed for 64 yards, while Andy Dalton added 14 yards in the win. Darnell Mooney and Allen Robinson II added 69 and 35 receiving yards respectively.

Saquon Barkley rushed for 102 yards for New York, while Devontae Booker added 46 yards. Mike Glennon threw for 24 yards for the Giants, while receivers David Sills and Evan Engram had 12 and 12 yards respectively.

New York was outgained by Chicago 249-151 yards in Sunday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 17-13 by the Bears.

New York lost the time of possession battle 30:08-29:52, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Chicago takes its act on the road to face Minnesota looking for another win. For New York, they head home to face Washington.
