Broncos Fall 16-9 Against New York - Game Recap

The Jets were Week 7 winners on Sunday, coming out on top of the Broncos by a score of 16-9 at Empower Field at Mile High.

New York won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -2.0-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 37.0.

Breece Hall rushed for 72 yards, while Michael Carter added 29 yards in the win. Michael Carter and Garrett Wilson added 45 and 24 receiving yards respectively.

Melvin Gordon III rushed for 33 yards for Denver, while Latavius Murray added 24 yards. Brett Rypien threw for 225 yards for the Broncos, while receivers Jerry Jeudy and Greg Dulcich had 96 and 51 yards respectively.

New York lost the offensive yardage battle to Denver 324-260 yards in Sunday's game. Denver had more first downs as that total ended up 21-10.

New York lost the time of possession battle 32:23-27:37, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

New York looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Patriots. The Broncos will aim to get back on the winning track at Jacksonville.
