Atlanta was outgained by Carolina 478-406 yards in Sunday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 23-21 by the Panthers.
Carolina lost the time of possession battle 36:34-31:31, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
Atlanta looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Chargers. The Panthers will aim to get back on the winning track at Cincinnati.
