Washington Falls 20-20 to Giants - Recap

The Commanders came up short against the Giants in Week 13 action on Sunday, falling 20-20 at MetLife Stadium.

Brian Robinson Jr. rushed for 96 yards for Washington, while Antonio Gibson added 39 yards. Taylor Heinicke threw for 275 yards for the Commanders, while receivers Terry McLaurin and Curtis Samuel had 105 and 63 yards respectively.

New York was outgained by Washington 411-316 yards in Sunday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 25-20 by the Commanders.

New York lost the time of possession battle 41:11-28:49, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, New York takes its act home to face Philadelphia looking for another win. For Washington, they head home to face New York.
