Minnesota Skates Past Toronto 4-3 - Recap

The Wild earned a 4-3 victory over Toronto on Thursday behind a 38-save performance from Devan Dubnyk at Scotiabank Arena.

Minnesota won as a +143 underdog, while Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 6.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Minnesota got goals from Mikko Koivu, Zach Parise, Charlie Coyle, and Jared Spurgeon in the victory. Coyle opened the scoring at 9:10 of the first period.

Toronto got goals from Mitchell Marner(2), and William Nylander in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Toronto got a 30-stop effort from Michael Hutchinson in the loss.

On the power play, Minnesota went 0-for-1, while the Maple Leafs were 0-for-4 with the man advantage.

Minnesota lost the shots on goal battle to Toronto by a margin of 41-34.

Next game, Minnesota takes its act on the road to face Ottawa looking for another win. For Toronto, they head home to face Vancouver.
