Coyotes Fall 4-3 Against Pittsburgh - Game Recap

It came down to a shootout and Tristan Jarry foiled the opposition in a 4-3 victory for Pittsburgh over Arizona Sunday.

Pittsburgh got goals from Jared McCann, Brandon Tanev, and Patric Hornqvist in the victory. McCann opened the scoring at 2:43 of the first period.

Arizona got goals from Derek Stepan, Conor Garland, and Taylor Hall in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Adin Hill stopped 31 of 34 shots for the Coyotes, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, Pittsburgh went 2-for-4, while the Coyotes were 0-for-4 with the man advantage.

Pittsburgh outshot Arizona 34-27 in the game.

Next game, Pittsburgh takes its act home to face Minnesota looking for another win. For Arizona, they head home to face San Jose.
