Philadelphia Ices Seattle 3-2 - Recap

Philadelphia got a pair of goals from James van Riemsdyk as the Flyers skated to a 3-2 victory over Seattle on Wednesday at Climate Pledge Arena.

James van Riemsdyk(2), and Ivan Provorov each scored for the Flyers in the victory. van opened the scoring for Philadelphia.

Martin Jones stopped 34 of 36 Seattle shots in the victory.

Seattle got goals from Jeremy Lauzon, and Yanni Gourde in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Philipp Grubauer stopped 19 of 22 shots for the Kraken, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, Philadelphia went 1-for-3, while the Kraken were 1-for-3 with the man advantage.

Philadelphia lost the shots on goal battle to Seattle by a margin of 36-22.

Philadelphia heads into a battle against the Sharks. Seattle, meanwhile, will have their next action against Calgary.
