Buffalo Falls 6-1 to Oilers - Recap

Edmonton skated to a 6-1 victory over Buffalo on Thursday in NHL action at Rogers Place.

Craig Anderson stopped 30 of 36 shots for the Sabres, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, Edmonton went 1-for-3, while the Sabres were 0-for-1 with the man advantage.

Buffalo lost the shots on goal battle to Edmonton by a margin of 36-28.

Edmonton heads into a battle against the Devils. Buffalo, meanwhile, will have their next action against Calgary.
