Recap - Flames Defeat Arizona 6-5

Nazem Kadri scored a pair of goals against the Coyotes as Calgary handed Arizona a 6-5 defeat on Sunday at Scotiabank Saddledome.

Calgary won as a -121 favorite, while Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 6.0 were rewarded at the payout window.

Nazem Kadri(2), Yegor Sharangovich, Andrei Kuzmenko, Connor Zary, and Matt Coronato each scored for the Flames in the victory. Kuzmenko opened the scoring for Calgary.

Dustin Wolf turned in a 30-save effort for the Flames.

Arizona got goals from Dylan Guenther(2), Alex Kerfoot, Josh Doan, and Matias Maccelli in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Arizona got a 25-stop effort from Connor Ingram in the loss.

On the power play, Calgary went 1-for-3, while the Coyotes were 1-for-3 with the man advantage.

Calgary lost the shots on goal battle to Arizona by a margin of 35-31.

Calgary looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Canucks. The Coyotes will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Edmonton.
