Las Vegas - Denver had serious issues on offense at the end of last season, scoring just 10, 13, 13 and 24 in the last four games. So they opened the vault and gave Russell Wilson a king's ransom, five years for $245 million. Made sense since Wilson has been a top shelf QB for years, and a Super Bowl winner. Sadly, he AIN'T the same Russell. Why? He is dealing with a partially torn lat muscle in his right throwing shoulder. UH OH!

Las Vegas - The prevailing sentiment is, Aaron Rodgers NEVER loses two games in a row. Kinda accurate. Actually, Rodgers and the Packers have not lost two in a row since 2018. But this could be the week. Green Bay looked lame in last week's loss to the NY Giants over in London, and might be in for some trouble against the Jets. The New Yorkers offense has started to HUM under the direction of Mike LaFleur. If that name sounds familiar, yea, he is the baby brother of Packers coach Matt.

Las Vegas - One of the GREAT nicknames in all of sports, the Horned Frogs, take on the Cowboys from Oklahoma State, and we're on TCU. Both teams are perfect, both at 5-0, but the Cowboys from Stillwater are ranked 8th while the Frogs are down at 13th. Sonny Dykes came over from SMU after a successful five year stint in Dallas, posting a 30-18 record for the Mustangs. Sonny is already 5-0 in Fort Worth and his Frogs are beating people by over 22 points per game.

Then Mr. & Mrs. Nola, A.J. and Stacie, will have to make some tough decisions. Aaron Nola will start for Philadelphia this afternoon, while his brother, Austin, will probably be behind the plate catching Blake Snell in the late game.

Las Vegas - Where do we splash our cash tonight? On the MLB board? Well, you know that I NEVER wager on or against the Yankees (they were rained out, so no worries), so that leaves the Astros/Mariners game. Would like to tickle Seattle with Luis Castillo, but Houston's Framber Valdez has been a beast, winning nine of his last 11. So that's a no fly zone. Then we turn to the NFL, and maybe the UGLIEST Thursday Night matchup EVER! The Bears hosting the Commanders.
