Las Vegas - Oh how the mighty have fallen. And WHAT a FALL! Back in February, the Rams were dancing off their home field at SoFi Stadium with a 23-20 Super Bowl victory. Now, Sean McVay's troops have lost SIX in a row and at 3-9 are sitting at the BOTTOM of the NFC West. We will cut the Rams some slack, since they are MISSING their three BEST players. QB Matthew Stafford, WR Cooper Kupp and DT Aaron Donald are all GONE! And when you have to choose between Baker Mayfield, who just signed this week, or John Wolford, that's a problem. Like what Derek Carr and Davante Adams are doing, and LOVE the way RB Josh Jacobs is gobbling up yards. Before we open the wallet, gotta find out about the injury to Jacobs, some kind of calf contusion. Double J has OVER 1,000 yards (1,303) for the third time in four years, and is a critical piece of the offense. However, after watching L.A. compete HARD against the Seahawks last week before losing 27-23, not sure about laying six points on the road. Also not sure what the Baker can do for the offense with only a few days to prepare. If Wolford gets the start, we'll lay the six. If it's Baker, we'll take the Raiders on the money line.
