Las Vegas - Are you SHOCKED by the SIX POINT move in the Colts/Raiders game? Don't be. Indy opened up at -7.5 and after it was announced that Carson Wentz has COVID-19 and will miss the game, it was taken off the board. It came back up with the Colts mostly -1.5. And guess what? The line just bounced back up, way up, to Indy -6. Why? Wentz has been upgraded to questionable. My head is spinning, but that five point middle is looking VERY tasty!

Lets go bowling. Gonna take a look at the Alamo Bowl where we bought Oklahoma -4 over Oregon. The Sooners have jumped up to -6 and could go even higher. Why? It's not just the coaching carousel, although we gotta give the edge to the Okies. After Lincoln Riley sent shock waves through the college football universe by taking the USC job, the Sooners moved with warp speed, and hired Clemson's defensive coordinator Brent Venables. However, Venables will NOT coach, so Oklahoma called in a backup, College Football Hall of Famer Bob Stoops. Nice backup HUH! Oregon's Mario Cristobal left to take the job at Miami-Florida, and the Ducks went out and hired Georgia's D-coordinator, Dan Lanning. He will NOT coach this game, so they turned to WR coach Bryan McClendon. 'Big Game Bob' or McClendon? YUGE edge to Stoops.

Both teams come in off losses, but there are losses, and then there are LOSSES. Oregon was SMOKED by Utah in the PAC 12 Championship Game, 38-10, and will NOT have DE Kayvon Thibodeaux, the consensus No. 1 pick in the upcoming NFL draft. Oklahoma lost its last game to bitter rival Oklahoma State in a tight squeeze, 37-33. Looks like the Ducks will be missing a handful of WRs and a bunch of other players, while the Sooners are relatively intact. At -4, we were thinking that Oklahoma was a BIG BADDA BOOM, but if it jumps to -7 or higher, gotta slice a stack of dollars off the wager and make it a tickle.
