Las Vegas - CRY me a FREAKIN' river. The next time you hear the sportsbooks in Nevada crying about a bad weekend, behold these stats. The state reported $1.09 BILLION in sports betting handle for November, and a $71.9 million hold/revenue. And that ladies & gentlemen, was the BEST month EVER! So, YO, people behind the counter, STOP CRYING, PLEASE!!!

Bowling shoes on, lets go. Not sure what is happening to the so called premier conference in the country, but gotta let you know that the mighty Southeastern Conference is 0-4 in the early bowl games. Yes, OH & FOUR! Straight up and against the spread. So now Tennessee has a chance to reclaim some of that SEC swagger, but Purdue ain't gonna go down without a fight. Boilermaker head coach Jeff Brohm has had a tough time in the Big Ten since coming over from Western Kentucky where he was 30-10 in three years. Brohm's first four years in West Lafayette were kinda ugly, with 19 wins and 25 losses. But 2021 has seen the Boilers explode for a solid 8-4 mark, and one of the main reasons is senior QB Aidan O'Connell. With 3,178 air yards, 23 TDs, 8 INTs and a 73.5% completion rate, O'Connell keeps Purdue in every game. Well, maybe with the exception of Ohio State. But then again, the Buckeyes blew out almost all of their opponents. This game opened with the Vols -3 and has jumped to -6 after the news hit that Purdue's best WR, David Bell, opted out to prepare for the upcoming NFL draft. That will hurt, but Aiden has had almost a month to get on the same page with all the rest of his wide receivers. And it might be rather easy against a Tennessee secondary that was ranked 103rd in the country. However, gotta scale back my bet because of Purdue's thin WR room, but will make a large stand on the total. Right now, the number is sitting at 64.5 and the feeling is Over, WAY OVER! The Boilermakers averaged 36+ points per game the last month of the season, while the Vols LIT up the scoreboard for 41 points and change per game in November. Looking for non-stop offense, and believe that we will see at least 70 points on the board at the final gun!
