Las Vegas - Lemme take you back to the start of the playoffs. The Clippers opened up with two home losses to the Mavericks, then flew down to Dallas and posted 118-108 victory. In the next series, the Clips opened up with two losses AT Utah, then came back home to Los Angeles, and blew the doors off the Jazz in game three, 132-106. So now, L.A. loses the first two games at Phoenix, and comes back to the Staples Center as a -1 point favorite for game three. The only problem is, NO Kawhi. However, the Clippers have covered five of the last six and nine of the last 12.

UH OH. Just got word that Chris Paul WILL be available for game three and line has gone from Clips -1 to Phoenix -1. Thinking about taking a pass, but if the line continues to climb, and gets to PHX around -1.5/-2, we would bark with the home dog.

On the baseball board, gonna take a peek at the Twins with Jose Berrios over the Indians. With Minny sitting at 31-42, and already 12.5 games behind the White Sox in the American League Central, the FOR SALE sign is going up. And one of the most attractive names on that shopping list would be Berrios. His 7-2 record is pretty special considering that the Twinkies have won only 31 games. His 3.56 ERA is not terrible and he is working on a one year $5.6 million contract which makes him even more appetizing. So, obviously, Jose is gonna be throwing darts, and trying to impress the teams that are looking to buy starting pitching. Gimme the Twins for the money!
