Las Vegas - More action from Lisbon, Portugal in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals. Got Atletico Madrid vs. RB Leipzig. To say that Athleti is STINGY would be a YUGE understatement. In their last 10 games, Los Rojiblancos, which translates to The Red & Whites, have fed the opposition SIX bagels, and allowed only five goals. It sounds crazy, but that's an average of a HALF A GOAL per game. They finished La Liga in the 3rd slot, behind Real Madrid and Barcelona. They scored just 51 goals and allowed 27 for a pretty solid +24 goal differential. Die Roten Bullen, which translates to The Red Bulls, also finished the season in 3rd place in the German Bundesliga, behind Bayern and Dortmund. They scored 81 goals and allowed 37 for an amazing +44 goal differential. But, and it's a REALLY BIG BUT. Leipzig did most of its work with the fabulous Timo Werner as the their main striker. 'Turbo' Timo collected 28 goals during the season, more than ONE THIRD of all the Red Bull goals. Sadly for Leipzig, Werner now plays for Chelsea. UH OH! More UH OH. The other goal scoring threat, Austrian midfielder Marcel Sabitzer, Leipzig’s second-top scorer behind Timo with 16 goals, is doubtful with a knee injury. Only one thing left to tell you. Atletico Madrid is UNBEATEN in their last 18 matches across all competitions! EIGHTEEN!!! So, we'll roll a few coins on Madrid and just in case both sides can't find the net, we'll also tickle a +$220 on the draw after 90 minutes.

Flying back to Chicago for our baseball pick, and gonna try the Cubs with Yu Darvish over the Brewers and Brett Anderson. After opening the season against Milwaukee, and getting roughed up, Yu has been on fire. He has won his last two starts and allowed only 1 teeny tiny earned run over 13 innings. On the other side, Brett Anderson has been batting practice-lousy. In his only two starts, he has been rocked for 9 hits and 4 earned runs over 6 innings. And it looks like the Cubbies are gonna run away and hide from the rest of the National League Central, with an 11-3 record (not including last night). Gimme some Windy City baby!!!

So, we're a little partial to the Golden Knights being in Vegas for the last 30+ years, but these kids can skate...light touch to the Knights.
