Las Vegas - Running a little late today? Ask me why? Why Eck? Just finished counting all my cash from Colin Morikawa's PGA win that we gave out at 30/1. Yes, THIRTY to ONE!!!

Love the picture of him dropping the top of the trophy. Mrs. Ecks & Bacon told me that's what my face looked like after he dropped the EAGLE putt on the 16th hole!!!

Gonna stay in Los Angeles for another day and try Dustin May over the Padres and Garrett Richards. If you have not seen this kid, lemme tell ya. He is 22 years old, has a MOP of curly red hair that goes down past his shoulders, and got an emergency start on Opening Day when Clayton Kershaw's back started to bark. A 6'6" drink of water from Texas, Dustin comes from Justin. Couldn't pass that one up. Dustin from Justin is in his second season, and has thrown more high-velocity pitches with 1.5-plus feet of movement this season than the rest of MLB combined. What does it mean? It means that no one else has thrown a 99+ MPH pitch with 17"+ of horizontal movement for a swinging strike this season. One word, FILTHY!!! May started four games for the Dodgers toward the end of last season, and didn't allow more than two earned runs in any of 'em. So far in 2020, he has started three times, and allowed just 4 earned runs in 14 innings of work for a tasty 2.63 ERA. Been a different story for San Diego's Garrett Richards. After his first start, which was superb (5 innings, 0 earned runs), Garrett has been ripped for 13 hits and 8 earned runs over the last 10 innings. That works out to a 7.20 ERA, and that works out to a BUY in my world!
