Las Vegas - If this is the last game for the Russell Wilson/Pete Carroll combo with Seattle, you know they're gonna go out in a BLAZE of glory. Russell will be auditioning for his next team and his next contract and just like he did last week when the Seahawks threw up a FIFTY ONE spot against the Lions, it will be quite a show. Wilson hit on 20 of 29 for 236 yards, with 4 TDs and zero INTs. But the big story, and the star of the game was RB Rashad Penny, who is finally healthy. Penny gobbled up 170 yards against Detroit and rumbled for 135 more against the Bears in the week 16.
That adds up to 305 yards the last two and that adds up to ball control. How does Arizona's running game stack up? Glad you asked. James Conner didn't play last week against Dallas, while Chase Edmonds squeezed out only 53 yards. Conner is listed as questionable again, and Edmonds is out. That leaves Eno Benjamin who carried twice last week, and are you sitting, sliced & diced for all of THREE YARDS! UH OH! The Cardinals have had issues at home, losing four in a row at State Farm Stadium, and, failing to cover all four. Love Kyler Murray, but ever since he got hurt, 'Zona looks like just an average team. While you're watching this game, keep an eye on the Rams/49ers as well. If the Rams are up big and look like they're gonna win, then they would clinch the NFC West and Arizona might just dial back its effort. The line is sitting at 5.5 and of course we would ask you to buy the hook, and take the 'Hawks PLUS SIX to the bank!
