Las Vegas - According to Fleetwood Mac, 'Thunder only happens when it's raining.' Well it might be raining in Minnesota tonight, outside, but inside the Target Center, it's all about the Thunder. Oklahoma City posted a sweet 123-118 win at New Orleans on Wednesday night as a +5.5 point underdog, and now get a chance to slay some Wolves. If you have not seen the regular season results, here you go. These two kicked off the season in Minnesota, and it was the T'Wolves (-11) with a 115-108 win, but no cover. The Over/Under total was 226.5 and went low. The next game was at Oklahoma City and the Wolves (-9.5) won again, 116-106, covering the spread by the hook. The Over/Under total was 225.5 and went Under. The third game was back in Minny and the Wolves (-5.5) lost 135-128. The Over/Under total was 233.5 and went high. In the final matchup at Oklahoma, Minnesota (+4.5) squeezed out a 112-110 win and cover. The Over/Under total was 234.5 and went low. So, Eck, what about the return of Rudy Gobert? Sure, Rudy is a force, but how will he interact with his teammates? Chemistry is important in the classroom, but CRUCIAL in the locker room. OKC is never out of a game when SGA, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, is on the floor, so we're gonna look for some Thunder again, buy the hook to +6 points, and keep it light again.
