Las Vegas - Looking at some early A-10 tourney action down in Richmond, REALLY early, like 11:00 am, and throwing a few chips at St. Joe's over La Salle. As long as Ryan Daly is firing bombs, then we're flying with the Hawks. The Explorers handled the Joe's in the first game at the Gola, 90-83, with Jared Kimbrough dropping a career-high 24 points on an insane 12-of-13 shooting night. Billy Lange figured out something in the second matchup at Hagen when they held Kimbrough to only 12 points in a crazy 91-82 OT win. REALLY like the way the Joe's have closed the regular season, beating La Salle, Dayton and Richmond, and, covering all three. The Explorers have just two wins in their last nine games, and don't think that they will be able to ground the Hawks.

Also thinking about dropping some change on Maryland over Northwestern. The Terps have been rocking down the stretch, winning five in a row. And the five Ws have been rather easy, with winning margins of 13, 14, 8, 9, and 18 points. The Wildcats from Evanston have been DREADFUL with only one win in their last 14 games. They are on a very UGLY 0-5 run at home, and can't see them hanging with Mark Turgeon's kids. Gimme the Terps, and BOOK IT!
