Las Vegas - Looking at Miami with Trevor Rogers over the Blue Jays tonight. Not really interested in Toronto's starter, and as long as it's not Hyun-jin Ryu, we're swimming with the Marlins. This Rogers kid ain't getting much love in the extended baseball media world, but MAN, he can throw. He owns a shiny 7-3 record, and an even shinier 1.87 ERA. In his last four starts down in Miami, Rogers has allowed just four earned runs over 24 innings (1.50 ERA), and has not lost a game at LoanDepot Park. Gimme the Fish and you can BOOK IT!!!

Fear the Deer? Maybe. Lemme throw the regular season numbers at you. In the first meeting, in Milwaukee, the Bucks (-12) rocked Atlanta 129-115. The Over/Under total closed at 225.0 and went high. In the next game at Atlanta, the Bucks (-4.5) posted a 120-109 win and the total, 235.5, went low. In the final meeting, also down in the ATL, the Hawks (+6) finally picked up a W, beating Milwaukee 111-104. The total closed at 229.5 and went under. Speaking of totals, Atlanta has gone low in 12 of the last 14 games overall with one push. You want more? You want playoff numbers? Gotcha. The Bucks have gone low in five of their last six playoff games and pushed once. On the playoff road, the Hawks have gone under in six of seven. The Bucks have covered three of five at home, while the Hawks have been MONEY on the road, covering five of their first seven playoff games. So, which way do we turn? Gonna try a little parlay and grab Atlanta (+8) & Under (226) at 5/2 odds.
