Las Vegas - Looking to bag a pair of winners starting in Milwaukee with the Virginia Tech/Texas game. Love what Chris Beard has done at every stop of his coaching career, except his cup of coffee at UNLV. He took the UNLV job on March 27, 2016, then left on April 15, 2016 to take the vacant Texas Tech position. Other than that, the guy is a stone-cold winner with a lifetime 229-96 (.705) record. Las Vegas - Statement game. That's what we're expecting from John Calipari and Kentucky. After an UGLY 2020/21 campaign and that 9-16 record, Coach Cal and the Wildcats have bounced back really strong with a gorgeous 26-7 record. Las Vegas - Props and a STANDING O for the GREAT Gregg Popovich for becoming the ALL TIME leader in NBA wins. Truly SPECTACULAR! However, tonight, we fade Pop, because Minnesota is coming to San Antonio on a crazy hot roll. The T'wolves have won and COVERED seven of the last eight, while San Antonio has only two wins in the last eight. Just one caveat. Spurs star guard Dejounte Murray is listed as questionable, and could be warming the bench all evening. If Murray is in, it's a tickle.
