Las Vegas - A little college football action tonight and looking at East Carolina +5 points over Cincinnati. The line opened Cincy -6 and the wise guys are starting to chip away. Lamar Jackson will be without All-Pro tight end Mark Andrews, which is a YUGE loss, but he has found two new kids to handle the air attack. Isaiah Likely and Demarcus Robinson both had six grabs against the Bucs last week, and Lamar spread the love to seven receivers.
