Las Vegas - Gotta spend money to make money and we're gonna spend a few bucks on the Astros with Framber Valdez. The White Sox beat Houston 4-2 on Tuesday night and if for some strange reason, they won again last night, then it's ALL IN on the Astros this evening. Valdez struggled in April and early May, winning only once in seven outings. But since then, he has been lights out, winning five straight and allowing only 9 earned runs over 44 innings for a gorgeous 1.84 ERA. Oh yea, you can also throw in 47 Ks over those 44 frames. Then we looked at Chicago's starting pitcher, Davis Martin. He faced Houston back in May and was roughed up for 8 hits and 3 earned in just 5 innings. Little nervous that the Pope is now wearing a White Sox hat, but ya still gotta gimme the 'Stros for the money.
