horse on again

Las Vegas - My horse guy Martin Calia is at Saratoga, and ready to win some CASH!!!
Take it away Marty...
Well I made it to another opening day at the Spa !
In the 1st race I'm going with #6 Bear Alley. William Morey owns and trains this recent claim who has a two race winning streak. Morey is 30% when he first claims a horse and Prat rides this front runner. Looks like a gate to wire finish. Gimme $20 to win on #6 and a $5 exacta wheel #6 with all. Also a $20 Daily Double 6-6.
Race 2 is a 2 yr old race and I love the #6 Chocolate Gelato. I also love chocolate cake and cookies but we will save that for another day. Gelato is trained by Todd Pletcher who hits at 23% with 2 yr olds. Irad Ortiz rides and that trainer jock combo is 25%. Also the last work on July 7 was a 5f -100.4 over the main track. Lets place a full Benjamin on #6 to win and a $5 exacta wheel 6 with all.
In the feature 9th race, the Schuylerville for 2 yr old fillies, D. Wayne Lucas sends out #9 Summer Promise. This Uncle Mo filly worked a bullet 4 furlongs at Churchill Downs 11 days ago in 46 flat! No doubt last year's leading jockey at Saratoga, Luis Saez, will put this speedball on the lead. The bet will be $50 on #9 and a $5 exacta wheel# 9 with all.
Good luck at the Spaaa!!!
On the MLB board, gonna roll out to Cleveland and throw some chips at the Guardians with Triston McKenzie over the Tigers. McKenzie was sitting with a 4-6 record going into July, but it looks like he found something, REALLY found something. Triston won his last two starts and has thrown 13 consecutive innings worth of BAGELS! Add in 11 Ks and you see why he is my guy. Detroit will start the OTHER Rodriguez, Elvin, NOT Eduardo. YUGE difference. Elvin has started twice, pitched 8.2 innings, allowing NINETEEN hits and EIGHTEEN earned runs. When the ERA is up in the EIGHTEEN range, ya gotta look the other way. Guardians for the money.
