CBI Tournament - Montana vs Presbyterian Final: 82-79 - Recap
Aanen Moody poured in 34 points for Montana on Sunday, as they defeated Presbyterian 82-79 at Ocean Center.
Montana did not, however, defeat Presbyterian against the spread, which closed at -8.0 at most sportsbooks.
Montana got 15 points from Josh Vazquez and another 10 points from Te'Jon Sawyer. Aanen Moody contributed 5 assists, while Laolu Oke cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
Presbyterian got 28 points from Samage Teel in a losing cause and another 11 points from Jonah Pierce. Trevon Reddish-Rhone contributed 3 assists for them, while Kaleb Scott had 6 rebounds.
Montana was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Montana had a 40-31 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
