Clemson got 21 points and 13 rebounds from Ian Schieffelin en route to a 71-58 victory over Virginia on Saturday at John Paul Jones Arena.
Clemson was a -6.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters.
Clemson got 14 points from Viktor Lakhin and another 12 points from Jaeden Zackery. Viktor Lakhin contributed 5 assists, while Ian Schieffelin cleaned the glass with 13 rebounds.
Virginia got a 16-point performance from Isaac McKneely, who was supported by 12 points from Dai Dai Ames. Andrew Rohde had 5 assists in a losing cause for Virginia, while Elijah Saunders grabbed 6 rebounds.
Clemson was losing at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Clemson had a 32-26 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
