Ole Miss got 19 points from Jaemyn Brakefield en route to a 78-76 victory over Tennessee on Wednesday at The Pavilion at Ole Miss.
Ole Miss won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the +2.5-point spread as underdogs.
Dre Davis had 13 points for Ole Miss and Malik Dia chipped in with 13 points. Sean Pedulla had 6 assists for them, while Dre Davis was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.
Tennessee got 17 points from Jordan Gainey in a losing cause and another 15 points from Chaz Lanier. Zakai Zeigler contributed 15 assists for them, while Felix Okpara had 7 rebounds.
