Rutgers got 28 points from Dylan Grant en route to a 84-72 victory over Lehigh on Friday at Jersey Mike's Arena.
Rutgers got 16 points from Emmanuel Ogbole and another 14 points from Jamichael Davis. Tariq Francis contributed 4 assists, while Emmanuel Ogbole cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
Lehigh got 21 points from Nasir Whitlock in a losing cause and another 14 points from Joshua Ingram. Hank Alvey contributed 4 assists for them, while Joshua Ingram had 8 rebounds.
Rutgers was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Rutgers won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 41-21.
