Northern Iowa Defeats Wartburg 72-43 - Recap
The battle between Northern Iowa and Wartburg didnt turn out to be much of a battle at all as Wartburg was handed a 72-43 defeat on Wednesday at McLeod Center.
Bennett Koch had 25 points for Northern Iowa and Tywhon Pickford chipped in with 9 points. Isaiah Brown had 2 assists for them, while Tywhon Pickford was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 13 boards.
Wartburg got 12 points from Jaran Sabus in a losing cause and another 10 points from Sawyer Herman. Trevor Larson contributed 2 assists for them, while Nate Woeste had 8 rebounds.
