Stampeders Fall 20-12 Against Ottawa - Game Recap
The REDBLACKS grabbed a Week 3 victory over the Stampeders on Saturday, winning 20-12 at McMahon Stadium.
Ottawa was the ATS victor, as they covered the +3.5-point spread as an underdog. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 47.0 were rewarded at the payout window.
Daniel Adeboboye rushed for 96 yards, while William Stanback added 82 yards in the win. Kalil Pimpleton and Keelan White added 31 and 29 receiving yards respectively.
Dedrick Mills rushed for 96 yards for Calgary, while Vernon Adams Jr. added 21 yards. Vernon Adams Jr. threw for 218 yards for the Stampeders, while receivers Clark Barnes and Dominique Rhymes had 61 and 58 yards respectively.
The time of possession battle favored Calgary as their offense was on the field for 30:21, longer than the 29:39 of their opponents.
Ottawa looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Argonauts. The Stampeders will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Winnipeg.
