Toronto Argonauts vs British Columbia Lions Wrap - British Columbia Wins 27-22

Nathan Rourke scored twice as British Columbia earned a 27-22 win over Toronto in football action on Friday at BC Place.

British Columbia won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the -6.0-point spread. The game went UNDER the consensus closing total of 58.0.

James Butler rushed for 72 yards, while Nathan Rourke added 31 yards in the win. Keon Hatcher Sr. and Justin McInnis added 87 and 78 receiving yards respectively.

Deonta McMahon rushed for 14 yards for Toronto, while Spencer Brown added 13 yards. Nick Arbuckle threw for 281 yards for the Argonauts, while receivers Jake Herslow and Kevin Mital had 104 and 83 yards respectively.

Toronto lost the offensive yardage battle to British Columbia 363-309 yards in Friday's game. British Columbia had more first downs as that total ended up 22-21.

British Columbia lost the time of possession battle 32:02-27:58, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

British Columbia heads into a Week 18 battle against the Stampeders. Toronto, meanwhile, will have their next action against Hamilton.
