Akron Falls 68-0 to Cornhuskers - Recap

Dylan Raiola led the way with 364 passing yards on Saturday as the Cornhuskers picked up a 68-0 victory over the Zips at Tom Osborne Field at Memorial Stadium.

Nebraska was the ATS victor, as they covered the -33.5-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 47.0 were rewarded at the payout window.

Dylan Raiola completed 24 of 31 pass attempts for 364 yards for the Cornhuskers in the win.

Sean Patrick rushed for 64 yards for Akron, while Jordan Gant added 31 yards. Michael Johnson Jr. threw for 8 yards for the Zips, while receivers Marcel Williams and Cameron Monteiro had 28 and 16 yards respectively.

Akron was outgained by Nebraska 728-175 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 31-13 by the Cornhuskers.

Nebraska led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 30:10-29:50 split in that important category.

Next game, Nebraska takes its act home to face Houston Baptist looking for another win. For Akron, they head on the road to face UAB.
