Bulls Fall 20-17 Against UCONN - Game Recap
The Bulls came up short against the Huskies in Week 5 action on Saturday, falling 20-17 at UB Stadium.
The Huskies earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -3.5-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 50.0 were rewarded with a winning wager.
Joe Fagnano rushed for 64 yards, while Cam Edwards added 57 yards in the win. Skyler Bell and John Neider added 54 and 28 receiving yards respectively.
Lamar Sperling rushed for 106 yards for Buffalo, while Al-Jay Henderson added 63 yards. Gunnar Gray threw for 125 yards for the Bulls, while receivers Victor Snow and Patrick Clacks III had 68 and 36 yards respectively.
UCONN lost the time of possession battle 33:50-26:10, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
UCONN looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against FIU. Buffalo will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Eastern Michigan.
