Fighting Irish vs Broncos Final: 28-7 - Recap
Jeremiyah Love tore up the turf for 103 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Fighting Irish to a 28-7 win over the Broncos at Notre Dame Stadium.
Notre Dame did not, however, defeat the Broncos against the spread, which closed at -22.0 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 63.5.
Jeremiyah Love rushed for 103 yards, while Jadarian Price added 83 yards in the win. Jordan Faison and Malachi Fields added 83 and 44 receiving yards respectively.
Sire Gaines rushed for 39 yards for Boise State, while Dylan Riley added 33 yards. Maddux Madsen threw for 215 yards for the Broncos, while receivers Chris Marshall and Latrell Caples had 58 and 52 yards respectively.
Boise State was outgained by Notre Dame 389-315 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 23-19 by the Broncos.
Notre Dame lost the time of possession battle 35:46-24:14, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
Notre Dame heads into a Week 7 battle against NC State. Boise State, meanwhile, will have their next action against New Mexico.
