South Carolina Falls 20-10 to Tigers - Recap
Trey'Dez Green caught 8 passes for 119 yards against the South Carolina defense as LSU handed the Gamecocks a 20-10 loss on Saturday at Tiger Stadium.
LSU was the ATS victor, as they covered the -8.0-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 45.0 were rewarded at the payout window.
Caden Durham rushed for 70 yards, while Ju'Juan Johnson added 66 yards in the win. Trey'Dez Green and Kyle Parker added 119 and 75 receiving yards respectively.
Matt Fuller rushed for 83 yards for South Carolina, while Rahsul Faison added 68 yards. LaNorris Sellers threw for 124 yards for the Gamecocks, while receivers Nyck Harbor and Brady Hunt had 36 and 25 yards respectively.
South Carolina lost the offensive yardage battle to LSU 420-317 yards in Saturday's game. LSU had more first downs as that total ended up 22-20.
South Carolina led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 31:45-28:15 split in that important category.
Next game, LSU takes its act on the road to face Vanderbilt looking for another win. For South Carolina, they head home to face Oklahoma.
