USC Falls 34-24 to Fighting Irish - Recap
Jeremiyah Love tore up the turf for 228 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Fighting Irish to a 34-24 win over the Trojans at Notre Dame Stadium.
The Fighting Irish won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -11.0-point spread. UNDER bettors were rewarded when the final score pointed to an UNDER play.
Jeremiyah Love rushed for 228 yards, while Jadarian Price added 87 yards in the win. Jordan Faison and Jeremiyah Love added 60 and 37 receiving yards respectively.
King Miller rushed for 70 yards for USC, while Bryan Jackson added 22 yards. Jayden Maiava threw for 328 yards for the Trojans, while receivers Ja'Kobi Lane and Makai Lemon had 111 and 76 yards respectively.
USC lost the time of possession battle 32:58-27:02, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
Next game, Notre Dame takes its act on the road to face Boston College looking for another win. For USC, they head on the road to face Nebraska.
