Wildcats Fall 38-17 Against USC - Game Recap

King Miller tore up the turf for 127 rushing yards on Friday to lead the Trojans to a 38-17 win over the Wildcats at United Airlines Field at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum.

The Trojans were a -14.0-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score pushed PUSH the total, which closed at 55.0.

King Miller rushed for 127 yards, while Harry Dalton III added 19 yards in the win. Makai Lemon and Ja'Kobi Lane added 161 and 74 receiving yards respectively.

Caleb Komolafe rushed for 118 yards for Northwestern, while Robby Preckel added 25 yards. Preston Stone threw for 150 yards for the Wildcats, while receivers Caleb Komolafe and Ricky Ahumaraeze had 40 and 38 yards respectively.

USC outgained Northwestern 482-280 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 24-13 by the Trojans.

Northwestern lost the time of possession battle 32:36-27:24, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, USC takes its act home to face Iowa looking for another win. For Northwestern, they head home to face Michigan.
