LSU Defeats Arkansas 23-22 - Recap
The Tigers grabbed a Week 12 victory over the Razorbacks on Saturday, winning 23-22 at Tiger Stadium.
Bettors who backed the Tigers were disappointed, as they failed to cover the closing number of -4.5. Over-Under bettors saw the total score go UNDER the closing total of 59.0.
Caden Durham rushed for 65 yards, while Harlem Berry added 52 yards in the win. Zavion Thomas and Barion Brown added 80 and 44 receiving yards respectively.
Mike Washington rushed for 85 yards for Arkansas, while Taylen Green added 70 yards. Taylen Green threw for 165 yards for the Razorbacks, while receivers Raylen Sharpe and Jaden Platt had 65 and 26 yards respectively.
Arkansas lost the offensive yardage battle to LSU 390-340 yards in Saturday's game. LSU had more first downs as that total ended up 21-16.
Arkansas lost the time of possession battle 34:45-25:15, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
Next game, LSU takes its act home to face WKU looking for another win. For Arkansas, they head on the road to face Texas.
