Las Vegas - Will they or won't they? Trade Shohei Ohtani? It all depends on where the Angels are sitting at the trade deadline (August 1). If they score a handful of wins and are battling for a Wild Card, then Ohtani stays. If not, the market is wide open. Thinking that one of those wins will come tonight with Reid Detmers on the mound this evening. Sure Detmers is only 2-6, but with the exception of one ugly outing, he has been throwing some serious heat.

Las Vegas - Very, Very, VERY excited about the start of the Women's World Cup over in Australia and New Zealand. The USA take one Vietnam in the opener for both squads, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to bet the USWNT on the money line. The Stars and Stripes are like -$20,000 and don't know anyone that's gonna risk that kind of cash. However, the Over/Under goal total is listed at 6.5 and our women can do that in the 1st half.

Las Vegas - Got the golf clubs out and gonna throw down a few Euros on the (British) Open Championship starting early tomorrow morning. Took a position on Tommy Fleetwood a few weeks ago at 30/1 and still like his flow. Also gonna throw a few pounds at Viktor Hovland and Xander Schauffele, both at 25/1. With a tiny remaining part of my golf bankroll, we found a nice little Top 5 finish parlay. You hook up Rory McIlroy with Tommy Fleetwood and it's a 15/1 shot. Enjoy Royal Liverpool.
