Las Vegas - They're still playing in Buffalo but the Blue Jays appear poised for a sweet second half run. And Robbie Ray's left arm is gonna be one of the main reasons. Ray had three solid seasons in Arizona before coming over to Toronto, posting a 15-5 record in 2017, 6-2 in 2018 and 12-8 in 2019. He slipped in 2020, with a combined 2-5 record for 'Zona and the Jays. But it looks like he has found something this season. He has a solid 7-4 mark, with three wins in his last four starts.

Las Vegas - 'Let the kids play!' That's the latest marketing campaign for MLB and it looks like Milwaukee head coach Mike Budenholzer has his own version. 'Let GIANNIS play!' And why not. Antetokounmpo SIZZLED on Sunday with 41 points, 13 boards and 6 assists. He also hit on 13 of 17 (76%) from the foul line. So yea, 'Let GIANNIS play.' Coach Bud also let Jrue Holiday play and he dropped 21 points on the Suns.

Las Vegas - Hey Eck, you betting the All-Star game? NAH! Why bother. A few years ago, the winner of the game was awarded home field advantage in the World Series. Since 2017, the pennant winner with the better regular-season record gets the home field. So, basically, other than photo-ops, selfies and bat flips, the game really means nothing. He has a bunch of bats designed by artist Gregory Siff that kinda tell the story of his life. There are phrases like Family First, Truth, Beauty, Love, Baseball, LFGM and 'Molon Labe,' a Greek phrase meaning 'come and take them' stemming from Alonso's love of the movie "300."
