Las Vegas - Very early in the season but we already have a little taste of revenge on the plate in Cleveland. The Indians opened the season at Detroit and lost two of three. The Indians did win the get-away game, 9-3, and should be ready to roll at home. Zach Plesac faced the Tigers in the second game of the series and came up on the short end of a 5-2 score. He wasn't horrible, allowing 2 earned runs over 6 innings, but Julio Teheran was better (1 earned in 5).

Las Vegas - Not gonna call the Twins the TWINKIES anymore. Promise. Minnesota has become a regular in the postseason the last few years and deserves respect. The Twins are also riding a sweet little 4-0 run at home on opening day. And the best part is, they have their ace, Jose Berrios, on the bump. If you wanna know what an ACE looks like, check out these numbers. In his first 2021 start at Milwaukee, Berrios went six innings, did not allow an earned run and threw 12 Ks on the board.

If you don't, check it. He was 8-1 in the abbreviated 60 game slate, with a 1.63 ERA. Yea, ONE POINT SIX THREE. He logged 77.1 innings and threw down 122 Ks. Yea, ONE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO! And he took home that little piece of hardware known as the Cy Young!
