Las Vegas - According to the Nevada Gaming Control Board, Nevada sportsbooks won $18.8 million on $154.7 million in wagers on Super Bowl LIV. That was a 12.1% hold. Nevada has come up on the losing end of only two Super Bowls in the last 29 years. New Jersey has coming up on the losing end two years IN A ROW!!! The ONLY two years they were able to take legal bets. Jersey lost $4.28 million on a handle of $54.2 million this past Sunday.

Las Vegas - Talk about bad beats, this coulda been the BADDEST bad beat. A ton of bettors, not me, placed wagers on Patrick Mahomes rushing total, which was between 29.5 and 33.5 yards depending on where you shopped. Mahomes had 44 rushing yards heading into the Chiefs final series, when Kaycee decided to run out the clock. However, Sir Patrick of Mahomes kneeled down three consecutive times and lost -5 yards, -3 yards and -7 yards. His total went from 44 all the way down to 29.
