Las Vegas - Start out up in Toronto for a look at the Blue Jays/Rays game. The Jays will send Jose Berrios to the mound and his last three starts have been solid. Berrios has allowed 4 earned runs over 18 innings for a very svelte 2.00 ERA. You can also throw in 21 Ks over those 18 frames. Then we looked at Tampa's Shane Baz and his last two starts which were UGLIFIED. Baz was rocked for 17 hits and 13 earned runs in only 9 innings. YIKES! Now you can see why my wallet is wide open up in Canada for the Jays.

Then we lace up the skates for a look at the Stars/Jets game. Dallas has been on a heater at home, winning four in a row and outscoring the opposition 19-9. Winnipeg is heading in the opposite direction, losing four straight on the road and allowing a STAGGERING total of 22 goals in those four games. OUCH. The Stars are out tonight and the Bank of Eck is ready for a solid deposit.
