Las Vegas - Kansas City just took Seth Lugo off the trade market with a two year $46 million extension. Just praying that he didn't do too much celebrating because we like him tonight. Lugo has been on point since early June and has not lost a game since May 30. He has picked up four wins and his work at home is stellar. Lugo's last three starts at Kaufmann Stadium have been exceptional, with only two earned runs allowed over 17 innings for a skinny little 1.06 ERA. Atlanta has not announced its starter, but it could be recently acquired Erick Fedde. If it is Fedde, we would pump up the volume on the bet. BIGGLY! Why? Here are the numbers for Fedde's last five starts for St. Louis. He was pummeled for 33 hits and 26 earned runs over 18 innings. If you don't have a calculator handy, that works out to a 13.00 ERA. THIRTEEN! Bank of Benj is wide open for Lugo and Kaycee and if Fedde actually is the other arm, the Bank is WIDE, WIDE, WIDE OPEN!
