Las Vegas - Tarik Skubal (2.35 ERA) and Garrett Crochet (2.24 ERA) are at the top of the odds chart for the American League Cy Young hardware. Skubal is the current favorite at 1/2 with Crochet at 3/2. The next man up is Nathan Eovaldi at 15/1. Don't know how close you're looking at the numbers, but Eovaldi's ERA is sitting at 1.38 which is the BEST in MLB. If you don't see his name at the top of the ERA list, you will after tonight's game once he qualifies with the necessary amount of innings pitched. He missed a month so he only has 10 wins and 111 K's, while Skubal has 11 wins and 187 Ks. Crochet has 13 wins and 183 Ks. But no one is pitching better than Eovaldi at the moment. Here are the numbers from his last six starts. He is 6-0 and has allowed two earned runs over 39 innings for an invisible 0.46 ERA. The Rangers have been a beast at home with a 36-24 record, so the Bank of Benj is wide open deep in the heart of Texas.
