Las Vegas - Starting you out with some regular season stats for the NBA Finals. The first game was in Indiana and the Thunder (-5) posted a 120-114 win covering by a stick. The Over/Under total closed at 227.5 and went high. The second meeting was in Oklahoma and the Thunder (-8.5) smoked the Pacers, 132-111. The total closed at 234.5 and went high again. Looking at some numbers from the first game, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander went crazy and scored 45 points. He was 4 of 5 from deep and 11 of 11 at the free throw line. In the second game, SGA wasn't quite as accurate but still scored 33 points on 3 of 6 from deep and 10 of 12 from the charity stripe. OKC held Tyrese Haliburton to 18 points in that game and he had ONLY 4 points in the first game. Did anyone say cutting off the head of the snake? The Thunder were the BEST home team during the regular season with a 35-6 record (85%) and have won eight of nine (89%) inside the Paycom Center in the playoffs. And if you're interested in the final margin, the home wins were by 51, 19, 43, 7, 32, 26, 15 and 30. So, they've covered seven of the nine. And for the totals, OKC has gone Under eight times and Over eight times in the playoffs. On the other bench, Indy has been very sharp on the playoff road, winning and covering six of eight. On the totals board, the Pacers have gone Over nine times and Under seven times. The Thunder had three more days of rest which should not really be a factor. Not thrilled about laying 9 or 9.5 points and would hesitate to recommend the money line at -$400. So, we'll turn to a few delicious prop bets. First up is total rebounds for Jalen Williams, and MAKE SURE you specify Jalen and not Jaylin Williams. The total is listed at 5.5 and we're going Over. Then we'll drop some cash on the Thunder to win the 1st Q at -3 points, and, if they should come up short, then bang OKC at around the same price in the 2nd Q. Enjoy.

On the MLB board, gimme the Rays for the money, but must have Ryan Pepiot on the hill. And if Tampa won last night, then we would still go Rays, but slice the bet in half.
