Milwaukee's Brandon Woodford came off the DL in July after missing the entire 2024 season. Apparently, the time away helped and he has been a rock since stepping back into the rotation. Woodruff has started five games and allowed seven earned runs over 28 innings for a solid 2.25 ERA. You can also throw 37 Ks into the mix. New York's Kodai Senga missed a month with a Grade 1 hamstring strain. Senga has started four times since returning, allowing 11 earned runs over 16 innings which works out to a phat 6.19 ERA. The Brewers are sitting on top of the MLB world with a 70-44 record and have won nine of their last 10.
